Refunds for returned products are issued within 14 business days after receipt of the return and verification of the products' condition.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, each product will be inspected to assess its condition, integrity, and any damage not caused by transport.

The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the essential condition of the product's integrity (packaging and/or its contents) is not met, in cases where Avilia Home finds that the original packaging and/or accessories are missing or that the product has been damaged for reasons other than transport.

Refunds for returned products are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

For orders paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund is issued by bank transfer. In this case, we ask the customer to complete the return document with their IBAN for the refund.

Alternatively, during completion of the return request, the customer may request the issuance of "store credit" to their account. "Store credit" can be used for future orders on Avilia Home and does not expire.
