Points expire 365 days from the day they were earned.
Example: Points balance of 200 (100 points earned with an order placed on 11/2/2022 and another 100 earned with an order placed on 14/3/2022): the first 100 points will expire on 12/2/2023, and the remaining 100 will expire on 13/3/2023. Expired points will be deducted automatically.
